Preparing for the transformation programme
We can assist with the strategic case for change, working alongside executives and change sponsors within your organisation to articulate why the change needs to happen now. We have experience of full business case delivery including Treasury “Green Book” Business Case development.
We are experienced in developing the change plan, including initial analysis and benchmarking through to designing the initiation and mobilisation of the change programme team.
Analysis and Change Impact Assessment
Once the case for change has been made, we can work with your organisation to understand the as-is environment and model that alongside the to-be in order to assess the range and scale of change. This will assist you in preparing your people and your wider stakeholders for the change to come.
Project and Programme Management
We have experience in managing both small and large-scale transformations. We have worked with UK Government on many large programmes including being responsible for the delivery programme of the Vaccine Task Force.
We can provide assistance to your own in-house teams, or provide turn-key change project and programme solutions.
Readiness Assessments
We use our in-house readiness assessment tools – credited as best practice by Cabinet Office – to help ensure you are fully prepared for the transition to the to-be state.
We can train your staff in readiness assessment techniques and can provide you with assessment and reporting tools to help ensure that all parts of your organisation are ready for the change.
We can carry out independent assessments on your behalf to provide assurance to your Executives that you are ready for change.

We can ensure that you plan to monitor and measure the anticipated benefits outlined in your business case and assist with those benefit realisation tasks post-transition.
We also work with you to review the end-to-end change process to determine lessons learned to help your business become an agile, responsive organisation – able to successfully change to meet the demands of a changing environment.
